1.Low temperature and high humidity

Toner cartridges have high requirements on temperature and humidity.If the printing environment is too low or too high, it will affect the print quality.At this time, it needs to be placed at a temperature of 10 ℃ -30 ℃.Use at least two hours in an environment with a relative humidity of 20-80%.

2.Damage to key parts

If there is a gray background in the printing, there may be a defect in the charging roller or fatigue and wear of the photosensitive drum. Of course, it may also be a bad magnetic roller, wear and aging of the scraper.

3.Bad high voltage power supply

Poor high-voltage power supply will also affect the printing effect, after eliminating the problem of the toner cartridge itself, you can consider whether the problem of high-voltage power supply. If the high-voltage power supply is bad, you need to contact a special person for repair, or try to replace a different high-voltage power supply.

4.Bad print media

If all the above reasons are eliminated, you can consider whether the print media is bad. Poor print media means that inappropriate printing paper is used, such as special kraft paper. Some printers can’t print special paper, then choose the paper suitable for printer printing to solve the problem of gray background.
